The Auxiliary Dwelling Unit project located Northwest Austin consists of an office and living quarters on an existing 22’x15’ slab of a former greenhouse that is attached to the home. The sloped roof complements the existing Spanish-style home while maintaining efficiency in layout by absorbing the space within the home for the micro bath and kitchen. Large roof overhangs take advantage of the West Austin Hill Country and outdoor living areas can be accessed by expansive glass sliding doors.
